Warranty Policy

Our products comes with a 1-year manufactures warranty.

If you contact our customer service team at order@alphagrounding.ca with your order details and a description of the issue you are experiencing, we can assist you. We may request photos or videos to help diagnose the problem. If the product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

If the product is found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

The "Lifetime Conductivity Guarantee" applies only to the lifetime of the product, not to the purchasers lifetime. This does not extend the standard warranty period. Products that are no longer functional due to wear and tear, abuse, or neglect are not covered under this guarantee.
